At the airport

The driver will be waiting for you right outside your Arrival Terminal with a sign with your name. We monitor your ARRIVAL FLIGHT so we know exactly at what time you will be landing. When you land you will:
  1. Go through Immigration
  2. Pick up your luggage
  3. Clear Customs
  4. Walk OUTSIDE the Terminal
This process can take you 30-45 minutes, DON'T WORRY we know and we will schedule your vehicle accordingly. Your driver will wait for you until you get out of the terminal. 

Be aware that INSIDE THE TERMINAL people will try to STOP you and offer you rental cars, shuttles, tours, and time share memberships. PLEASE, do not stop walking until you get outside the terminal and meet your driver. In addition, we will NEVER tell you to take a different transportation, if you can't find our representative CALL US and we will send a representative to meet you right away.

at your hotel/place of lodging

The driver will be ready to pick you right at the MAIN LOBBY. If you are staying at a place different from a hotel, then please make sure we have the correct address and directions if necessary. Also, please make sure you have your mobile phone with you so the driver can communicate will you if he can't find you. 
Drivers CAN NOT wait more than 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. Please be ready on time. If you are not ready, driver may have to leave and you will be charge a NO SHOW fee.
